Once again, count yourself lucky if you’re able to attend this show.  We showcase music early in the week, early in the evening so folks with early schedules can experience some of Austin’s finest talents.  Phoebe Hunt fits the bill.

She’s added her unique sparkle to bands such as The Hudsons, The Belleville Outfit, and recorded with Warren Hood.

Now she’s got some songs of her own to share, and she’s got something to say.

We suggest pairing the Phoebe Hunt Project with something healthy, invigorating, and slightly intoxicating — our  Eggplant with Fettuccine would be ideal: Breaded eggplant cutlets served with egg fettuccine, creamy vodka sauce, fresh basil pesto and shredded parmesan.  $9.95  Add a glass of a fabulous white wine or some fresh squeezed lemonade.  Finish with one of tonight’s home-baked desserts, perhaps the Blueberry Peach Cobbler — An individual cobbler with a filling of sweet blueberries and peaches, topped with a flaky home made crust.
