On Thurs, April 22, Earth Day 2010, we’re partnering with American Forests and will contribute a percentage of sales from both locations to plant trees.

Bluesday Tuesday found its voice the first time Ulrich Ellison came to play with Jimi Lee.

Ulrich Ellison is our Special Guest at Bluesday Tuesday, May 4

Ulrich is a native of Austria who fell in love with the blues and electric guitar at an early age.  As he told Jimi Lee one night at Hyde Park Bar & Grill, he came to Texas as fast as he could to play the blues and get away from polka.

Ulrich is a two-time winner of the Downbeat Guitar Solo award, college division.

And he’s one humble and charming  guy, something that doesn’t always go along with great guitar-playing!

Come hear Ulrich & Jimi — world class guitar, world class harmonica and eat some world-class Tony’s Southern Comfort fried chicken, too.
